Who We Are

Cool Breeze Agency was founded in 2021 with the aim of providing bespoke services to businesses looking to outsource their event management. 

With over 20 years experience in the events and hospitality industries and a wide network of trusted event partners and suppliers we can offer the full events package from a boutique agency.

Katie Isaacson

Director


I have spent my whole life in hospitality, literally, I grew up in my parents’ hotel.  In my early career I worked in conference and banqueting in hotels across the UK before my professional events career began in 2002 at Aintree Racecourse as events co-ordinator before I moved to Reach plc in 2004.  At Reach I worked my way up to head of events for the North West business delivering a programme of successful commercial events that delivered on audience engagement.  In 2021 I launched Cool Breeze Agency to use my skills and experience to help businesses bring to life thier event ambitions.

'Cool Breeze' History

My parents where a great inspiration in my life and my Mum was part of a girl band called Cool Breeze.

She started her showbiz career at the famous Batley Verity Club where, along with her sister and a friend, worked with great stars such as Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Johnny Mathis, Luis Armstrong and many more.

They were called ‘The Deb Set’ then but after success on Opportunity Knocks, a talent show hosted by Hughie Green, they changed their name to Cool Breeze.

They went on to perform internationally and in all major theatres in the UK. They had hit records and many TV appearances.

‘Cool Breeze’ was an incredibly lucky name for the group so now, it is no longer in use, I thought it would bring the same luck for my agency.
